Data, Policy, and Performance Innovation
Noah is a Student Fellow on the Data Science team working on the MAPS Higher Education Project, in collaboration with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, to build a tool that searches for, finds, and parses webpages that contain information about higher education responses to COVID-19.
Alongside his work at Sorenson, Noah is an undergraduate researcher at the Laboratory for Experimental Economics and Finance at the University of Utah and a quantitative analyst at a financial services firm where he is currently building trading algorithms. As a mechanical engineering major, Noah has spent time completing bio-plastics and micro-robotics research. After his undergrad he aims to pursue a master's in computer science or a quantitative analyst position at a hedge fund. In his free time, Noah pursues adventure sports and videography.
