Ellesse Balli is the Managing Director of Field Building and Strategic Partnerships at Sorenson Impact, where she develops and oversees all media, including the Forbes OZ 20 list and the Forbes original content series “The Impact Revolution.” Prior to Sorenson, Ellesse was the Communications Specialist for the Hinckley Institute of Politics. In this capacity, she also served as an Associate Instructor for the University of Utah. Ellesse's background in media is extensive. In 2016, she was recognized as a finalist in directors Matt Damon's and Ben Affleck's Project Greenlight up-and-coming director series on HBO. Ellesse's work has also been recognized in film festivals curated under Directors Ron Howard and Robert Rodriguez. Earlier in her career, she served as an Art Director for the Diplomatic Courier. Ellesse graduated from the University of Utah summa cum laude with an Honors Degree and a Bachelor of Arts in English. She secured a Master of Education at the University of Utah in the Department of Instructional Design and Education Technology, where she studied instructional design and specialized in the collision of new media and cognition.
