
Gwendolyn Reynolds
Senior Director
Gwen is a Senior Director of Data, Policy, and Performance Innovation. She is passionate about using data to drive innovative strategies for foundations, philanthropists, and governments. She collaborates with organizations to measure their impact across social issues. Gwen enjoys working with non-technical people and translating technical analyses and solutions for lay audiences. Prior to joining Sorenson Impact, she worked as a Research Project Director for the National Bureau of Economic Research, where she managed a behavioral economics lab that specialized in creating behavior change in health and savings. She also worked with Harvard Kennedy School to analyze the relationship between race and economics in post-industrial cities across America. Gwen completed a master's degree at Harvard University and is a graduate of the University of Utah.
