Manager of Data, Policy, and Performance Innovation
Jolyn Metro currently serves as a Manager of Data, Policy, and Performance Innovation where she works primarily with the innovative finance team to develop, manage, and structure innovative financial transactions with an emphasis on outcomes-based funding models. Jolyn works with funders, evaluators, government agencies, and service providers to ensure impactful projects in areas of homelessness, criminal justice, early childhood education, and workforce development among others.
Prior to joining the Center, Jolyn conducted research at the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute on Utah-specific issues in an effort to help lawmakers and other interested stakeholders make informed decisions. Additionally, she spent seven years as a French-immersion kindergarten teacher.
Jolyn holds an MPA from the University of Utah and a BA from Brigham Young University.
